Additional Hourly Rate: $50/hour

VFX Editing: $75/photo

POLICY & TERMS OF SERVICE

• Client agrees to adhere to the policies listed here once the session is scheduled and deposit is made:

• All sessions must be paid IN FULL to secure a photoshoot session time slot; deposits are non-refundable unless there are extenuating circumstances that the photographer (C. Liu) may deem unavoidable and a refund could be granted to the client. Changes or cancellation of scheduled sessions by the client must be made at least 24-hours in advanced.

• Please arrive ready, in costume, and on time for the photoshoot session.

• Photographer is not responsible for the client's event admission or transportation/parking fees.

• Clients receive up to 20 finished, edited photos. (Up to 15 additional photos are available for an extra fee of $100) Final photos are selected by photographer (C. Liu) 

• RAW photo files are available for an additional fee of $250)

• Re-edits will constitute an additional fee of $150 per photo set.

• Photographer (C. Liu) has the right to use any photo for promotional or portfolio use unless explicitly stated by the client. (Privacy and respect for the models is one of my highest priorities and main concerns.)

• Photos are not to be used for generative AI database feeds or to be used as NFTs.

• Photo prints are not provided by the photographer (but can help to provide recommendations!)

• Photos are permitted to further editing once handed to client, but initial photography must be credited to original photographer. All non-watermarked photos must be credited to the photographer if published publicly.

• Photographer can be credited as: C. Liu -or- OniChild Art.​​
